Jay Farner is the CEO of One Reverse Mortgage, a Quicken Loans company.  In this role, Farner oversees all aspects of One Reverse Mortgage’s business. Jay is also the President and CMO of Quicken Loans.

Previously, Farner was the head of Quicken Loans’ Web Mortgage Banking group.  In that role, he helped grow Quicken Loans into the nation’s largest online retail lender, sixth largest FHA lender and one of the five largest retail lenders in the country.

Farner joined the Quicken Loans family in January 1996 and quickly became a top mortgage banker.  In early 1997, Farner became a Director of Mortgage Banking. Jay was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Mortgage Banking in May 1998.

Today, in addition to his role with One Reverse Mortgage, Jay Farner serves as an integral part in catapulting the growth of the Quicken Loans family of companies.  He provides leadership assistance, strategic guidance and business plan development, while helping to build their cultures to make them better companies.

Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University.
